Thanks for that!

Effective Altruism [EA] is a rapidly growing social movement whose goal is to encourage everyone to use the best reason and evidence available to do the most good possible.

EA is concerned with answering questions like how we can encourage people to be more generous in their giving, what charitable causes we should focus on and how we can improve existing methods for measuring the impact of different charities.

The Melbourne chapter hosts various events around EA to engage and connect supporters.

We acknowledge that we work on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations and pay respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty has never been ceded, this is and always will be Aboriginal land.
